The bowl of the dish is stepped in design with the steps decreasing in width as the compote slopes inwards and downwards. A very modern and simple design. The bowl is carried on a long and facetted stem which is thin at the top and fattens as it proceeds down and ends in a constriction that meets a round flat base. The base is monogrammed with the letters \"AMR\" and is stepped near the edge. The piece weighs about 139 grams which is about 4.47 troy ounces. The piece has a very simple design without any decorations except for the lines of gradations in the bowl and the base as well as the facets of the stem. The piece is cement filled and is so marked. A great looking piece which would add class to your table.
