Excitebike - NES

Excitebike is a Nintendo Entertainment System racing game centered on side-scrolling motocross action. Its Programmable Series course-design feature lets the racing challenge change through custom obstacle layouts and event sequences.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Motocross racing gameplay focuses on jumps, turns, overheating management, and timing the run to the checkered flag.
• Challenge races increase in difficulty after the Nintendo-designed preliminary race.
• Course creation allows obstacles and event order to be adjusted for different race layouts.
• Tracks include hazards such as crazy curves, hairpin turns, and daredevil jumps.

Excitebike is part of Nintendo’s early NES Programmable Series, linking standard racing with user-built course layouts. The temperature gauge is a key on-screen element, making throttle control part of the racing strategy.
